With his newly awarded architecture license, Roger Hall relocated to Aspen to follow his passion for a mountain lifestyle and an opportunity to join David Johnston Architects. This New York native and Pratt Institute graduate brings 9 years of professional experience with firms in San Francisco and New York City. His project involvement ranged from modest residential renovations to a 1,000,000 square foot hospital, and everything in between.

Roger’s work isn’t about preconceived ideas or an allegiance to a particular style. He simply creates concepts based on client needs and the unique characteristics of the site – knowing a cohesive design is a result of a strong and well-defined concept that is considered at every step of the project. As Project Architect, he is eager to learn, grow and contribute at DJA by using techniques and technology to design low impact, sustainable buildings.

Roger enjoys international travel with his wife, trail running, hiking, backpacking, skiing and exploring the mountain town he now calls home.
