John Hufker

John Hufker
Project Manager
John Hufker has been a project manager with David Johnston Architects since 2003. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, John moved out west to attend architecture school at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After receiving his bachelor degree in 1995, John returned home to work on a variety of projects, from custom residential to large scale warehouse/loft renovations in St. Louis' Historic District.

In 1999, John brought his skills to Aspen, where he worked on numerous residential and commercial projects before joining DJA in 2003. John's passion for contemporary architecture nicely compliments the overall design aeshetic of DJA. John is currrently in the process of taking his Architectural Registration Examinations.

When not working, John enjoys photography, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding.
